What to expect when starting therapy:

When you contact us, either by phone, email, or the form below, we will assist you in navigating the cost and scheduling of setting up your first appointment, and make a plan for moving forward at your own pace. If you want to speak with Laura, Sam, Caroline, Emily, or Liam first to make sure we are the kind of counselor you’re looking for, you’re welcome to do so, and to ask any questions about us, counseling, or about what treatment might look like. If you feel ready to move forward, your clinician will send you an email with a link to the paperwork we need you to fill out before your session.

At your first appointment, your therapist will ask you questions about your history and what brought you to therapy. You have more opportunities at this time to ask questions and get a sense of whether you feel our style is a good fit for your needs. From there, we’ll work together to set goals for therapy, and make a plan for how to get you there.

Fill out the above form to schedule an intake appointment or ask any questions.
